Striking

For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure your attire is clean and free of any exposed zippers, pockets, or buttons.

flip flops or slides are recommended for walking off the mats.

Bare feet are not allowed off the mats at any time.

For boxing classes, students are required to bring their own gloves. Students require gloves and shin guards for kickboxing/Muay thai.

Mouthguards suggested for sparring. headgear not required.

BOXING

Boxing: Class focuses on striking with punches, developing footwork and learning defense.

Good for all skill levels.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing: Class focuses on striking with punches, kicks, and learning defense.

Good for all skill levels.

Fundamentals: Class focuses on refining technique and building endurance.

Good for all skill levels.

Advanced: Class encourages partner drills and sparring.

Good for those with fundamental experience.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai: Class focuses on striking with knees, elbows, punches, kicks, and learning defense.

Good for all skill levels.

Fundamentals: Class focuses on refining technique and building endurance.

Good for all skill levels.

Advanced: Class encourages partner drills and sparring.

Good for those with fundamental experience.
